Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to all conditions outlined below.

Service Agency

We act purely as a service agent.

Driver & Vehicle Schedule

  • One calendar day is calculated from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs. Driver will rest a minimum of 8 hours during the night halt.
  • Driver's working hours: 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM. In exceptional/emergency cases, driver may assist beyond these hours.
  • Night driving allowance of ₹500 per night is applicable if travel is required between 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM (except pickup night).

Vehicle Operations

  • Air conditioning will not operate in hill areas or when the vehicle is stationary/parked.
  • Vehicle will only travel on safe and accessible routes; it will not go on narrow or unsafe roads. (Google Maps may not always reflect accurate routes).
  • Parking charges will be covered one time for sightseeing places only. Parking at markets, hotels, cinemas, shopping malls, etc. will be extra.

Itinerary & Changes

  • Once confirmed, the trip itinerary cannot be reduced or altered.
  • Package dates may be rescheduled based on hotel availability. Any additional cost arising from such changes will be borne by the customer.

Hotels & Accommodation

  • Any additional services utilized by guests will be directly chargeable and payable to the hotel/service provider.
  • Hotel check-in/check-out timings vary between 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM and are subject to availability for early check-in/late check-out.
  • Requests for hotel late check-out will be subject to availability at the time.

Vehicle Usage & Charges

  • Vehicle type will depend on group size and is exclusive to the guests but not at disposal; it will strictly follow the given itinerary (may vary sector-wise).
  • The vehicle is included in your package up to the specified number of kilometers. If the vehicle exceeds this limit, an additional charge of ₹16 per kilometer will apply.
  • Extra charges will apply if the vehicle is used beyond the mentioned itinerary.
  • Vehicles are strictly point-to-point. Additional pick-ups/drops will attract extra charges payable directly to the driver.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Unused services due to natural calamities, delays, or personal reasons will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations due to flight delays, cancelations, or similar reasons will attract 100% cancellation charges for unutilized hotel rooms and transport.
  • No refunds will be made for unused hotel nights, tours, or services.
  • Refund claims will not be entertained for complimentary services.

Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for weather conditions, political disruptions, or unavoidable circumstances leading to trip cancelations.
  • We are not liable for refunds/compensations due to force majeure events such as strikes, weather, traffic, overbooking, flight cancellations, rerouting, entry restrictions, etc.
  • Monuments/museums may remain closed on national holidays. Missed visits due to closures are beyond our responsibility.
  • Guests are solely responsible for their belongings. Lost/left items must be coordinated directly with concerned entities for recovery.

Company Rights & Jurisdiction

  • We reserve the full right to modify or cancel your booking in case of any issues, violations, or circumstances that are not permissible as per our company policies or service conditions.
  • All disputes relating to tours, vouchers, refunds, or services will fall under Jaipur Jurisdiction.
  • Online payments (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, etc.) are accepted as a convenience; however, disputes remain under Jaipur Jurisdiction.
  • If no disputes are raised within 48 hours of receiving the voucher, it is considered accepted by the client along with the terms.

Additional Costs & Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to safeguard against last-minute cancellations, hotel/driver/permit charges, or unforeseen events.
  • Any additional costs arising due to natural calamities, landslides, road blockages, strikes, or fuel hikes must be borne directly by the guest on the spot.

Special Note

During the journey, please take full responsibility for your personal belongings. Do not leave any valuable items such as laptops, wallets, watches, cash, cards, mobile phones, or any other valuables inside the vehicle during sightseeing. Travel Sarthi / Vehicle Owner / Driver will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

Each sightseeing point will be covered only once as per the itinerary. If you wish to revisit the same location more than once, you will need to coordinate directly with the driver. Any additional visits will be subject to the driver's agreement and may require extra payment, which will be handled mutually between you and the driver.
